Cairncove was formed in 1996 to cater for the increasing demand from Developers & Housebuilders seeking specialist advice from property consultants with extensive knowledge and experience within this sector of the residential property market.

Director, Russell Dickson, had accumulated some 20 years of experience by then, in general Estate Agency and latterly in the niche market of New-build and Conversion. During the first 10 years of business, Cairncove were instrumental in the acquisition, marketing and selling of well over 1500 properties in and around the Edinburgh area. Those ranged from Farm conversions & Warehouse conversions/restorations, to newly built houses and contemporary apartment blocks. In recent years, Cairncove’s expertise has been sought further afield in England, in Liverpool and on The Wirral and also in Glasgow.
