This was an exciting initiative by Gregor Homes & Shore
Property Development to regenerate some of Leith’s finest historical
buildings. 101 stylish apartments were created, the majority of which
have 2 bedrooms. There are also a selection of 1 bedroom flats plus a limited
number of 3 bedroom apartments. Redevelopment of this former bonded warehouse
required considerable care to preserve the character of the building
