St Clair Rise was a builder’s yard that was identified as suitable for a flatted development. Gregor Homes had been considering adopting timber frame construction for some time and this provided the ideal opportunity to do so.
A main contractor was commissioned to carry out the construction, another first for Gregor Homes. The apartments were put up for sale over the summer of 2000 and sold out in a six-month period.
